Return and
Exchange Policy
If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your
purchase, you may return items sold by vander-boards.com
within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
(Excluding shipping and handling charge).
Please note that a 25% restocking fee is
charged if the item is returned for reasons other than:
damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Our customer service
department will be able to help you with a return. Just fill
out the form to the left. Be sure to include you order number
with you correspondence.
We cannot accept returns if:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any item that is not in its original condition |
